Timothy S. Jones, B.S.

Timothy Jones is a Staff Assistant and IT Trainer at the Buffalo State IT Help Desk. He graduated from Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communications in the early 2000s and began working for Buffalo State in 2018. He's responsible for technical assistance for students, faculty, and staff, as well as presenting training and orientation materials for departments across the campus. He contributes to campus communications and Knowledge Base articles for IT services, and has served on campus planning committees including the Orientation Advisory Committee, the Instructional Design Search Committee, and Digital Learning Environment (DLE) Project team.
