Roland S. Rachinger, M.A.

Roland is the new Director of Technology Support Services.  A two-time graduate of Buffalo State (first with a Bachelor of Science in 1999 and then a Master of Science in 2009) he has been here as a professional since 2000.  On the TSS team is the Helpdesk, Client Systems and Engineering and Classroom Support folks and we all work very closely together to provide the campus with every type of technology support for classroom instruction, faculty research and staff administration.
