Richard B. Engelhardt Jr., B.S.

Rick Engelhardt is a Senior Technical Support Analyst in the Technology Support Services area.  He has worked at SUNY Buffalo State University in a variety of support, managerial and leadership positions in information technology starting in 1985.  His areas of focus include technology planning and support, participation in campus service via representation on committees and projects, and development of professional staff including facilitation of ITIL Foundations training for IT staff.  When not at work, Rick finds joy attempting to tame 13 acres of property in the Town of Concord.
