Mark Kent manages the Client Engineering group in TSS. He graduated from BSC in 1996 with a degree in history. After two years as a desktop technician at the Department of Commerce, he then joined BSC in 2000. He has performed all aspects of client support, including applications, operating systems, and hardware. For the last ten years, he has focused solely on systems management. He designs and implements solutions for desktop/laptop operating system and application deployment, device configuration and maintenance, and patching. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, tech and reads extensively on military history/science.
