Jason P. Welborn, B.S.

Jason manages the IT Help Desk at Buffalo State. He graduated from Buffalo State with a degree in Sociology and started working for the college in the mid-00s. He’s responsible for supervising five professional staff, 6-10 student employees and overseeing the operations at the Help Desk. Jason often represents the Help Desk on many IT related projects, is one of the lead administrators for IT’s ticketing system and self-service portal (TeamDynamix) and writes much of the communication and documentation for the IT department.
