David J. Marcinkowski, M.S.

As part of the IT Project Management Office, David is an experienced project manager who works on assigned IT projects. His work includes project initiation, or working with the sponsor(s) to determine project goals, outcomes, and budget; project planning, or working with directors to staff the project, prepare the project team, and conduct a project kickoff;  project execution, or working with project staff, stakeholders, vendors, and others to assign tasks and move the project forward to completion; project monitoring and control, or identifying and mitigating risks, reporting to the sponsor and others; and concluding the project, or ensuring that all tasks are complete, functional users are trained, the project outcomes satisfy the sponsor and stakeholders, all documentation is complete, communication to all stakeholders is complete, and the sponsor has signed off on the completion. David also manages our TeamDynamix system which is an IT service management/enterprise service management and project portfolio management together on one platform.
