Churchill M. Gwan, M.B.A.

Churchill M Gwan has a BS in Management Computer Information Systems and a Master in Business Administrations (MBA). He has been working at SUNY Buffalo State University as a Programmer/Analyst since October 2006. His primary role is to receive requests from functional areas on campus, analyze, design and write programs that resolve the problems stated in the requests.
